After the show on the Tuesday of the fair, the florists will be on stage for a second time on Wednesday.
The show of the DMF participants Christopher Ernst from Thuringia, runner-up Martin Neumann from Saxony-Anhalt and Rocco Wustmann from Saxony has the motto "be creative! be smart! be successful!". The focus was on the fact that florists and gardeners need and can inspire each other.
The tasks each focused on one flower: gerberas, chrysanthemums, summer flowers, lisianthus and - in keeping with the IPM partner country Great Britain - David Austin roses. In addition to room objects, the florists presented impressive bouquets; all in all, very different, individual work pieces were created. "I was looking forward to this variety," said Manfred Hoffmann, who hosted the show together with Nicola Fink.On Wednesday of the fair, there will be another opportunity to watch the three florists at work: at 12:30 p.m. in Green City in Hall 1A.
